Khwaṱhelani Tshikovhi
I am the Head Santam Experience, I have +22 working experience in various financial institutions: banks and both short term and long term insurance companies. I believe that I am a seasoned client experience professional, most notably in the insurance industry, and also a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of South Africa (IISA). I have vast knowledge and understanding about introducing, enhancing and cementing client, intermediary, suppliers and employees experience, strategies and initiatives. I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce Honours and Bachelor of Commerce, also successfully completed a host of Insurance Institute of SA insurance-related programmes. I am currently studying a Professional Diploma in Customer Experience (CX) with CX Academy.
