Mark has extensive experience of leading and transforming complex cross-functional teams and businesses across a range of business models. His deep experience in driving and managing organisational change ultimately ensures strategic alignment and delivery. His executive responsibilities include a range of activities including the formulation of business and market strategy, coordinating corporate strategy execution, building data & analytics teams, enabling customer loyalty through customer experience design, driving new business activities as well as leading diverse teams. He has been in Hollard since 2011 and currently looks after Strategy Project Management Office teams. Mark is married to Chantelle Berrington, and they have two young children.
