Holds a Bcom Degree in Risk Management, Insurance and Law ( Wits) and an MBA ( GIBS ). and has had extensive training in Europe and America over the years which has shaped her to become an expert in the fields of Specialist Liability and Risk Management . Nobuhle has attended international leadership development programs and has proven to me a highly flexible leader, always delivering and quickly adapting to the ever-changing priorities and challenges facing a highly regulated financial services sector. Previous position of divisional executive for Financial Lines at Allianz Global Corporate and Speciality for the Africa Region. Based in Johannesburg her responsibilities span across Sub-Saharan Africa. A business she has grown from infancy to a strong competitor in the market since assuming the role in 2015 by driving innovation and thought leadership in the continent. Leaning on the knowledge gained from the MBA in Digital Transformation and previous experience from the corporate environment , she is now a Strategy Consultant with a passion for digital business strategy helping companies transition into the 4th industrial revolution. In her corporate Governance role currently serves as a non-executive director and Audit & Risk Committee member .
