Tiego Malibe is the Head of Insights and Service Monitoring at Metropolitan Health. She is responsible for designing and implementing the Customer Experience (CX) innovation strategy across the entire customer journey. Through leveraging data, insights and AI and machine learning, she delivers cutting edge digital solutions that drives real results and business transformation. She has over 12 years’ experience in client solutions and experience design,within the insurance industry and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial planning and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Candidate. Throughout the course of her career, she has developed, executed and implemented digital and client solutions strategies for some of the biggest names in insurance, contributing to her growthin the industry. Tiego holds a degree in Communication Science, an MBA: Management from the University of St Mark & St John (UK), as well as an Executive Certificate in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She also holds an Executive Certificate in Design Thinking from UCT Graduate Business School and is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP).
