The band originally consisted of lead vocalist/drummer Patrick Monahan and guitarist/bassist Rob Hotchkiss. Later, former Apostles members Jimmy Stafford and Charlie Colin playing guitar and bass, joined Train. At a later date, Scott Underwood joined Train, playing drums and keyboards.
