Having lead teams in different organisations that were voted Industry leaders in Risk Management, Thabile Nyaba is passionate about building risk intelligent organisations. She uses her super powers of happiness, authenticity and passion to transform teams and unleash greatness in those she leads. Currently she is leading a vibrant team as the Chief Risk Officer at OM Insure and is also the current President of The Institute of Risk Management South Africa (IRMSA), since 2020.
